I gave the company a 5 star review immediately after the estimate visit as technician was polite, knowledgeable, considerate. However, when I called to schedule the service I was not able to since the person on the phone had to check with a supervisor. So they would call me back. After no call back I called and was told again that they would check and they would call back. It’s been over a month, three promises for a call back and no appointment. I would’ve been fine with them not being able to complete the service since it was a small project. But they never said they wouldn’t.
I like efficiency, promptness and I didn’t get this from this company. They just wasted my time.
