- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Notarial Acts: Standard $15 per signature. More than 5 signatures, $12 per. Traveling fee may apply: $1.6 per miles, one way trip and rounded down. Located in Roseville 95661, or within 5 miles, no traveling fee. No addition fee applies to a same day appointment or weekend appointment. No deposit for appointments. No fee charged for cancellation before arrival. Please contact me immediately if anything changes. If a signature fails due to documentation errors, invalid ID, or inability of the signer, a $10 service fee plus any applicable travel expenses will be collected upon arrival at the location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients can book If you consider using my service, request a quote or send me a message. I will reach out to confirm the appointment and ask any necessary questions regarding the service needed. On the day of the appointment, I kindly ask that the client have their completed documents and any additional signers present, along with their valid and proper ID. I will then process the notarization. I am always open to honest communication and encourage clients to reach out with any questions or concerns they may have.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I often meet with customers at their houses, offices, hospitals, assisting homes, Starbucks, or libraries to notarize their signatures on Power of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives, Loan/Mortgage documents, DMV documents, affidavits, Deed of Trust, and other important documents. I have fluently assisted Chinese(Mandarin) and English speaking customers to complete notarizations. Also, I am fully prepared for assisting customers who is in hospitals or assisting homes with necessary tools such as clipboard, magnifying glass, and weight pen.
