- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each Notarial signature is $15. My travel fees range from $15-$25. If an appointment goes past a 1/2 hour, I charge an additional $5 per 15 minutes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I find out how many signatures are needed through a brief consultation and of the document type. We can then make arrangements to get your documents signed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I first took and passed the CA Notary Exam in April 2017. Notary terms are only valid for 4 years, and I have taken the class and exam every 4 years since to remain active. I also have over 20 years experience in customer service and performing administration and front office work.
