We had a very unique situation with our vinyl plank flooring in our kitchen floor coming up and not staying in tact. Our particular situation involved self leveling underlayment and a total redo of the kitchen floor. Bradley let me know exactly what materials to get and answered any questions I had. The most extraordinary part of Bradley and his team is their work quality and customer service. My wife and I are VERY particular and albeit a pit paranoid with this disastrous floor project we’ve put off for months. The team was more than accommodating to any requests… even when we had them pull up what they already started to do it all over again because we wanted to maintain a randomized plank pattern. Bradley listened to our concerns and his team were very professional and understanding even though we clearly added more work and time… There is a reason Livers tile has all 5.0 star reviews. Look no further for your flooring or tile needs. Bradley and his team will take care of you while giving you the upmost quality work product. My wife and I will be using their services again for our future tile/flooring projects.

We were fortunate to find Bradley as the person to lay tile flooring in our kitchen and guest bathroom floors. From the moment we met him, we were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We just cannot say enough great things about the amazing, finished result. Not only were we impressed by the quality of his work, but just the simple care in laying drop cloths in all the traffic areas, was so helpful in keeping the inside of our home as clean as possible. Him and his assistant worked effortlessly in the two days they were here. Bradley’s work ethic is a rare find! I can't say enough good things about Bradley and his crew. They were on time every day. Cleaned up every day. They were very courteous, even when my dogs barked at them. The work was exceptionally done. I have hired them for another tile job and plan to have him send an estimate on a shower retile. Look no further, you have found your tile installers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer to give them a free estimate. This is so I can see what I will be working with, including the sub floor or underlayment, the tile layout. Also being able to answer any questions that the customers may have. This gives me a better chance at giving them a more accurate quote.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad used to own a tile company when I was younger and I went to work with him often and learned under him. He showed me all the aspects of the job, how to talk to customers, and make sure they are satisfied at the end of the job. Then I have trained under other people working with different aspects of the tile, from mosaics to true stone tile.
