- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have 3 packages for businesses that are starting out. The most popular is $999 down and $499/month for 6 months. This includes a number of things including a mobile optimized custom website, Facebook, Google and YouTube setup, 3 videos for branding, 3 articles, a press release, a custom reputation portal and reputation monitoring. Most other services are custom quoted and put into packages when possible.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions (there are no dumb questions) and make sure you are comfortable with the professional. You should always check reviews and recommendations.
