We hired Kaitlin for our wedding florist and day-of coordinator. I don't even know where to start on how awesome Kaitlin is! Just hire her! You won't regret! Before the wedding, Kaitlin was already great with communication. Even though we only hired her for day-of, her check-ins before the event already helped so much with planning. Her checklists helped me organized all my ideas into concrete plans. At the wedding, Kaitlin was just magical. Our wedding is at a venue pretty far away that Kaitlin has never been to before. Since we're on a tight budget we couldn't afford an extra travel. The venue is also quite large with our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at different locations indoors and outdoors. I still get confused and lost at my own venue sometimes. But Kaitlin somehow figured it out in no time. I can't imagine how she did it but flowers just magically popped up at where they need to be, while she was keeping on top of coordinating all the other vendors. Sometimes she seemed invisible when things just magically got done. But whenever I needed her help she was also always there. The flower arrangements were also so beautiful. It wasn't what I envisioned because it was just even better than I could have imagined. I was genuinely surprised when I saw the tables. They were so tastefully arranged and exactly what I wanted. Though I didn't even know what I wanted until I saw the arrangements. Kaitlin was hands down the best vendor of the day. I honestly think I will forever remember her beautiful work when I think back to my wedding day memories.

Kaitlin was so amazing to work with. My flowers came out so beautiful. I am so happy to of had her as my florist. Very easy going and easy to talk with. Hiring a day of wedding coordinator through forever peaceful weddings was the decision ever! Kaitlin and Daria were life savers when it came to making my wedding stress free. Kaitlin contacted my vendors and made sure everything ran very smoothly. She was also very helpful in answering any questions I had and had a very quick response time! She made me a timeline of events for the day of and even catered to my needs of needing to have a small timeframe between each event. Day of the wedding she helped set up the table settings, swapped out our welcoming table for our dessert table, and made sure our hot chocolate bar was always stocked up! We had an amazing stress free and fun wedding thanks to Forever Peaceful Weddings!

Great company! Her flowers turned out amazing. I turned my arch into a mirrored arch but it had some cosmetic issues and she put the flowers in the perfect places to hide my flaws. The centerpieces were designed to go on my 3ft pillars which I had a feeling were too large but they way she made the centerpieces worked without my pillars. I loved everything about the flowers and service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently I am offering a $500 discount off of all my packages. With this year being Covid and 2021 around the corner with postponed weddings, I wanted to take this opportunity to build my wedding profile and offer a discount for those who may be tight on finances due to circumstances of this year.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost I take the time with a free consult. This is key to building any future relationship with the client and making sure it is a good fit for both sides. Depending on which plan you decide to go with, we have phone call interactions, meet in person if needed, go over your goals, plans, traditions and other questions. I am simply here to take part of the load for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Business management for over 15 years. Business owner 8+ years! I completed a Event Planning course online in 2015-2016. I have volunteered for countless coordinating events since end of 2015.
