I needed help preparing a mortgage account summary and reached out to two different accountants as well as Stephanie. She was the only one who truly came through for me. Stephanie took the time to understand my objectives, offered clear and thoughtful feedback, and walked me through the summary so I felt confident in the final result.

I hired Stephanie to balance my bank and credit card statements on a quarterly basis and has been with me for two years now. She not only was able to do this fast and accurate but was also able to fix any entry error I had made. I also had to upgrade my QuickBooks from desktop to web-based in 2024 and had issues with my payroll setup. She contacted QuickBooks customer support for me and spent many hours on the phone with them fixing all the system errors. I would not have known how to handle a situation like this on my own. I really appreciate her expertise!

Stephanie has been working with me for over four years doing my monthly bookkeeping. I appreciate knowing that she is taking care of everything in the background of my company so I don’t have to worry about it. There are a lot of monthly transactions and I just don’t have the time to deal with recording it all. We are able to do everything completely remotely which really frees up my time, so we don’t have to schedule time to meetup.

My pricing will vary depending on the amount of your business's monthly transactions. Typically, I charge an hourly rate but we can also decide on a flat rate for a customer having monthly services.
