- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the form. My lowest price is $99.00 and goes up from there depending on the forms needed to complete your tax return. My price does include federal,state and e-file.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client comes into the office we ask that they bring in their previous years tax return so we can make sure that all the information on that return is properly transferred over and to make sure that no deductions were missed last year.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Enrolled Agent. That is the highest designation you can receive from the IRS. This required extensive testing in both the personal and business tax code. I am able to represent you before the IRS if this is ever needed. To maintain my license I am required to attend education every year.
