FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on a contingency fee basis, meaning we advance all up front costs and do not charge any fees unless and until we win the case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free consultation, which usually starts with a phone conversation between the potential client and our intake person. If the case appears to be something we would pursue, then my intake clerk makes an appointment to meet with me or one of my associate lawyers and we discuss the case in more detail, answer questions, go over paperwork, and if the potential client chooses to hire us, we then proceed with the investigation of his or her case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am on the faculty of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College, which requires me to teach and attend trainings a few weeks out of every year. I thoroughly enjoy these trainings, as they sharpen my skill and build my relationships with outstanding attorneys across the nation.
