Walter was amazing his years of experience showed immediately with our first conversation. Walter was able to diagnose the problem with my heater without seeing it and over the phone. Not only was Walter punctual and professional during every interaction, he went above and beyond and fix other things he wasn’t there to fix. He remounted my next thermostat as I admittedly didn’t do the best job on the initial install and he made sure they had the correct settings. He sent me these cool videos of him showing what he was doing and the parts he replaced. Overall Walter’s service was a 20 on a scale of 1-10 he went above and beyond and far exceeded expectations. Thank you Walter hopefully I don’t need anything repaired but you’ll be the first person I call if I have any issues with my AC or heating. Ron

Upon working with new customers, I'm highly transparent upon the work that's found & the work that's needed. I try & simplify things & terminology for a customer's understanding by emphasizing & utilizing fair communication skills. and also I take visual photos of all my findings & the performed work once completed

I am currently EPA universal certified & licensed as a commercial HVAC technician/and I'm also LIEBERT certified & trained to work on specialized AC units, systems & controls that are designed to supply & maintain specific cooling temps inside data & I.T. rooms
