I needed my ac unit looked at as I thought my fan was broken. Walter contacted me right away and was able to stop by today. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. We had some bad wiring that burnt out. He replaced them, cleaned everything up and taught my husband how to do the upkeep on the system. Very personable and knowledgeable. I try & simplify things & terminology for a customer's understanding by emphasizing & utilizing fair communication skills. and also I take visual photos of all my findings & the performed work once completed

I am currently EPA universal certified & licensed as a commercial HVAC technician/and I'm also LIEBERT certified & trained to work on specialized AC units, systems & controls that are designed to supply & maintain specific cooling temps inside data & I.T. rooms
