- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to veterans and senior citizens. In this market there are over 900 active C-20 licenses for HVAC. We are not the cheapest on the market, but you wouldn't expect that when we are delivering 5 Star service consistently. But we are also not the most expensive. We are a very good deal for the money. The best deal perhaps, when all is considered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a family run business and once you meet us and work with us, you will not only be treated like family, but you will feel like you are family. We really do Love and Care for you and your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My name is Christopher Shaw and I am the owner and have been in the HVAC business since 1996 and have helped to grow two of the biggest companies in this market. In 2017 I sought to start my own company and have been successful in attracting an immensely talented team to come work here.
