- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing but it all depends on what type of project that the customer requests. For example, one project work that I had was a simple sidewalk well from what the customer told me. I gave a quote based of that customers description but when I got to the job there was more prep work needed in order to lay out the concrete. Such as removing a tree root that caused crack on the previous sidewalk before leveling the dirt and laying out the concrete. Therefore the price will go up from the original quote. So my prices varies depending on the project requested by the customers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this type of work almost 17 yrs ago. I learned this trait from my Father inlaw who has been in this business for 30 plus years. I love the job I do and I definitely love to see my customers happy at the end of a beautiful project.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I worked with all types of customers who has different types of needs. But whatever is it that they request of their job will be professionally done at an unbeatable rate.
