Worked with Todd this week on hanging several large pictures and diagnosing some problems that other handyman contractors created. High quality workmanship, addressed concerns, also just a nice guy. Planning on having him back soon. Worth the extra money to have someone get it right the first time.

I had some minor wood rot damage under the eaves of my house that needed repairing. When Todd came over, I asked him to inspect the entire roof line for other potential problems. Todd pointed out areas of concern that mostly involved poor installation of gutters. Todd gave me an estimate I felt was reasonable. During the course of repairs, Todd found other minor and unrelated problems that he fixed within the agreed estimate. While Todd was at my home, I took the opportunity to ask his advice on other issues I was concerned about for which Todd graciously gave me suggestions. I would be happy to work with Todd in the future.
