John did an excellent job in the assembly of a stationary bike and elliptical equipment. I highly recommend John for assembly or repair of exercise equipment. He is a kind man who efficiently completed a task that I certainly could not have completed on my own!

He got lost and should have called for correct address sooner. I am concerned that the right supplies were not used for the job as spackling was used to repair a corner plaster crack and after 48 hours it is still not dry. Concerned that this repair is not going to last.

I have been doing Tape and Texture for a long time, That is absolutely the correct material for what was needed. It may take a little longer to dry because I put it on real thick so as not to chip off (unless you slam a dresser into it). As for the review you are correct I did write down the wrong address and I apologize. Lets not forget I was contacted Friday evening and agreed to do the repair the following morning. (which I normally dont work weekends). Michelle you dtd not have any materials so I stopped on the way at home depot and bought the spackle. I did not charge you for any materials, ( I do not include materials in my quotes,) I am sorry if you are unhappy with the work, I am willing to redo the wall however you like (at no charge to you) or at least come sand and paint what is there. You have my number and I very much would like to resolve this so you have the right opinion of myself and Thumbtack.

John arrived half an hour late and did not call to let us know. Once John arrived he did an outstanding job of mounting our 55" LED LCD TV and wall mounted A/V console on the wall for a very reasonable price. I am 100% satisfied and will use John again should I have need for his kind of service.
