FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the specific details of each project, including size, materials, design complexity, site conditions, and labor requirements. Because every project is different, we provide customized estimates rather than one-size-fits-all pricing. We believe in clear and honest pricing. Our estimates are detailed and explained upfront so customers understand what is included and why. There are no hidden fees, and any potential changes are discussed and approved before additional work is performed. While we may not always be the lowest-priced option, our pricing reflects quality craftsmanship, durable materials, proper preparation, and professional service. We focus on delivering long-term value by building projects that are done correctly and built to last. Our goal is to offer fair, competitive pricing while ensuring customers feel confident and informed throughout the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial consultation, where we take the time to understand the customer’s needs, ideas, and goals for the project. We discuss design options, materials, budget considerations, and timelines to make sure expectations are clear from the start. Next, we provide a detailed estimate and project outline so the customer knows exactly what to expect. Once approved, we schedule the work and handle any necessary planning or preparation to ensure a smooth start. During construction, we maintain clear communication, keep the job site organized, and follow all safety and quality standards. We keep the customer informed of progress and address any questions or adjustments promptly. After the project is completed, we perform a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure everything meets expectations. We don’t consider the job finished until the customer is fully satisfied. This structured, transparent approach helps us deliver high-quality results and a positive experience for every customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training and education in this field came through hands-on experience working alongside my father, who spent over four decades in the construction industry. From an early stage, I learned the fundamentals of quality craftsmanship, proper building practices, and the importance of doing the job right the first time. Working with him provided real-world education that goes beyond textbooks—learning how to plan projects, select the right materials, follow safety standards, and adapt to real job-site conditions. Just as importantly, I learned the value of honesty, professionalism, and treating customers with respect. This foundation has shaped how I approach every project today, combining time-tested methods with modern techniques to deliver durable, high-quality results.
