- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge only Thirty-five dollars an hour, seldom do i give a written estimate, often what was described to me on the phone and what i see on site is two completely different views of what the customers needs really are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
listen to the scope of work they want have done,and lend advice. If I see a better or less expensive way to accomplish their method, I interject the thought.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trade schools, 5 year apprenticeship, and twenty six years of on the job experiences,crossing into many other trades, Plumbing, Framing, Drywall, Electrical, masonry,concrete,windows, etc.
