- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introductions, scheduling, diagnose and repair if able, return if parts are needed, test to customers satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to my 10 years experience in the field I was trained and did gain certifications from top Fitness manufacturers such as Star Trac, Precor and Cybex though these certifications are no longer active.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started working in a warehouse where I handled inventory and occasionally did fitness equipment installs. I eventually moved on to a different company where I became a full time technician and managed our maintenance and install teams for all of Northern California.
