I reached out to Comfortable HVAC Services after my 28-year-old HVAC system finally gave out. From the very first visit, I was impressed with their professionalism. They took the time to thoroughly evaluate my system and explain several replacement options at different price points. They also pointed out additional work that could be done, such as replacing my ductwork, and provided pricing for those options as well. I appreciated that they were transparent about everything that was available, but at no point did I feel pressured to add unnecessary work or make a more expensive decision. They simply provided the information I needed to choose what was best for my home.Once I signed the contract and the installation was scheduled, they clearly explained what to expect and how the process would go. Their communication was excellent throughout. I especially appreciated their notification system, which sent appointment reminders and arrival windows. Even better, they consistently arrived right at the beginning of the scheduled window, so I wasn't left waiting around all day.On installation day, the crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. They took great care to protect my floors, and anytime furniture needed to be moved, they asked for permission first. The team was well organized, with crews working efficiently both inside and outside the house. Despite replacing the entire system, everything was completed the same day.When the installation was finished, they walked me through everything they had done, explained how the new system worked. The workmanship was clean and tidy. They put everything back exactly where they found it, confirmed I was happy with how everything was arranged, and cleaned up so thoroughly that you wouldn't have known they had been thereexcept for the brand-new HVAC system!It's been a few days since the installation, and I couldn't be happier. The new system is incredibly quiet compared to my old one, and it's been performing great. From the initial consultation to the finished installation, the entire experience was professional, organized, and stress-free.

Mike came out last Thursday and performed a very thorough inspection of our two HVAC systems. He took the time to show us pictures of what he found, explained everything clearly, and walked us through all of our options for repairing or replacing our 20+ year-old units. There was never any pressurejust honest, knowledgeable advice. Once we decided to replace both systems, he carefully broke down all the costs so we knew exactly what to expect.By the following Tuesday, his crew was already here and ready to get to work. Every single member of the team was professional, respectful, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.
