There are truly no words that fully capture how exceptional Ryan from Lighthouse Construction is, but I will try. He drove down from Sacramento on New Year’s Eve and started work on New Year’s Day so my salon could open on time on January 5th. That level of commitment alone is rare, but what followed was something I have almost never experienced in 21 years of owning hair salons.
Ryan went so far above and beyond the scope of work it was unbelievable. He worked through the night, jumped in to help with things I never even hired him for, and treated my business as if it were his own. His craftsmanship, attention to detail, and depth of electrical knowledge are absolutely top-tier.
What truly sets Ryan apart, though, is who he is as a person. A full month after the job was completed, he still texts to check in on how everything is running and to make sure his work is performing perfectly. That level of care, pride, and accountability is almost unheard of in this industry.
Ryan is the kind of professional people used to talk about, the work ethic your great-grandmother would admire, the integrity you hope for but rarely find. He is a workhorse, a master of his craft, and genuinely one of the best humans I have ever had the honor of hiring for any project. I couldn’t be happier with the work Ryan did on my fence! From start to finish, he was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his craft. He showed up on time, explained everything in detail, and made sure I was comfortable with the plan before starting.
