He was hired by a Senior lady to install windows. Work quality was good. Value of price really don't know. Professionalism he needs help in that department. He needs to make his wrongs right on the job. He disposed of materials that he was told to put in the backyard. He did nothing to rectify the situation. In fact customer was ignored. Punctuality he was always on time. Responsiveness that's okay. c Carlos needs to learn that in this business you need to resolve situations with the customer. I don't think he knows how to communicate with customers. If he intends on keeping jobs and getting them he must learn Communication!
