Alex came within 15 mins of my request to fix my lock. My key snapped in half in the lock. Me and my husband spent 2 hours trying to get it out. Then we finally reached out to Alex. He came within 15 mins and took it out quickly. He was very professional with his work.

Alex was very quick to respond and was at my house within an hour of me posting on thumbtack. He was able to quickly remove the old door knob that was stuck/broken and replace the door knob and dead bolt within 45 min. Would recommend.
