Alex was very quick to respond and was at my house within an hour of me posting on thumbtack. He was able to quickly remove the old door knob that was stuck/broken and replace the door knob and dead bolt within 45 min. Would recommend.

He was very professional, the installation was quick but he didn't know how to assist me with programming changes and instructions and told me to read the instructions. He did not know how to do it.
