Nova came on time and good communication skills. it was not straightforward issue. Explained the issue thoroughly after diagnosing. Checked methodically one outlet/switch at a time, checked the panel and finally found the issue and fixed by replacing wall socket. Very happy with his services, and will definitely call him for future electrical services needs.
