Recommend Footprint flooring, professional, high quality, and responsive to texts. We had to do a few steps before moving forward (such as as getting asbestos tests which Erwin helped us with) and they were patient with us. They also recommended flooring company All United Flooring, they were so helpful in helping us choose the right floors. We really felt we were working with confident people.

Erwin was exceptionally professional and his team did an exceptional job. I still cannot believe that over 1,200 sq ft of hardwood flooring that requires both the gluedown and stapling, was done in one and a half days. Highly recommended.

Can't recommend Footprint Flooring enough. Erwin even helped us with getting an Asbestos test, glad our flooring was free from that. They were patient and even recommended a great company All United flooring. All around great experience, good people, and beautiful install.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the customer at their property to measure and discuss the best flooring choices. We will send an estimate to the customer quickly and competitively.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Install, sand and finish new hardwood and all existing hardwood. Stain new floors and old floors to match. Install new or refinish treads and risers on stairs. Help select and install new tile or vinyl floors. Natural stone and tile installation. Move furniture, appliances and plumbing. Remove/dispose of the existing floor. Remove/return baseboards and furniture.
