Everything went smooth and as planned with no surprises. From the estimator to the installation team that came out, all were professional, hardworking, and did an amazing job. We had a great experience with Radix. They helped us with our tile install for our bathroom, kitchen. and fireplace. In store they helped us choose tile. They walked us through the installation process and prep. The installer did a great job and was very detail oriented. Communication was easy and always available when we had questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any flooring or tile work.

Denis provided us with an in-home estimate and went above and beyond. He brought samples, explained every detail clearly, and made sure we understood exactly what was included in the price. What really set Radix apart from other companies was Deniss guarantee the quoted price would not change, no matter what was discovered once the old carpet was removed. And he kept his word!The installation was scheduled quickly, and the crewVladislav, Ilay, Sergey, and Slavawere absolutely outstanding. I had a really great experience working with Radix Flooring, and I especially want to call out Denis Dubinsky. From start to finish he was super friendly, professional, and just easy to work with. I dont know much about flooring at all, so I had a ton of questions, but Denis was really patient and explained everything clearly. He walked me through the options, helped me stay within my budget, and made sure I was confident with my choice. When we found out the flooring I originally wanted was out of stock, he immediately helped me find a great alternative that I ended up being really happy with. He was also very flexible with my schedule and quick to respond whenever I reached out.His installation crew was just as impressive. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and were very polite. I wasnt able to move all of my furniture out, but they carefully worked around everything, making sure it was protected and sealed off from dust while they removed the old tile. I really appreciated how respectful they were of my homethey even cleaned everything up afterward so it didnt feel like a construction zone when they left. I trusted them enough to leave them working in my house while I was at work, and I felt totally comfortable doing so.Overall, Id recommend Radix Flooring to anyone. Denis and his team made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and the floors came out amazing.
