FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on a few factors: the size of the space, the type of cleaning needed (standard vs. deep clean), and how often the service is scheduled. I don’t do one-size-fits-all pricing because every customer’s needs are different. I prefer to be upfront and transparent so there are no surprises, and I’m always willing to walk through the space first so I can give a fair, accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with new customers starts with listening. I begin with a walkthrough or conversation to understand their priorities, budget, and any special requests. From there, I put together a clear scope of work so they know exactly what to expect. On the first visit, I like to go above and beyond so they can see the standard I keep. After that, I stay in touch to make sure the service meets their needs and adjust if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training came from hands-on experience in property management, remodels, real estate, vacation resorts, and cleaning companies. But beyond that, I’ve always been cleaning—even when I’m not at work. It’s one of those things that’s just built into me. I notice the details, I like putting things in order, and that habit naturally turned into a career.
