Terrible Service! Quoted above the advertised rate. Didn't show up the first scheduled day and showed up 3 hours late the next scheduled day. Only did half the work. When I questioned him about it he was rude and said there was miscommunication. I told him I would get someone else to do the job and asked him to mail me the bill. He hand delivered the bill 47 days later and expected payment with in 5 days. He mailed me another bill and added interest and postage fee. My husband called to talk with Pedro but didn't get any resolution. He was rude and combative. I sent him a message to ask for his License number and he refused to give it to me. Still no resolution to this horrible decision to get lawn service from Alpha Gardening.

THese people are a scam! They advertise cheap prices to get you to call then the price is doubled after they look at your lawn. On top of that they are extremely rude and never stick to their scheduled times! These people are a joke.

The above review pretty much nails it. They are VERY rude, the advertisments on their flyers do not reflect their real prices. Basically everything on the flyer is a joke and means nothing to this company. Numerous appointments were missed as well. When they did finally show up the work was horrible, my two year old daughter could have done a better job. I would not recommend them for your lawn care at all.

Not happy with service at all. Although the price was higher than the advertisement, I do feel it's still fair or even less than fair. But...... They don't do a good job. I called/texted after first visit because lots of work wasn't completed. Weeds everywhere, etc. I must say that Pete was nice about it and stated that he would do a better job next time. And he did, kinda for about a week. I paid him for another month, and he showed up only once more and didn't cone back. I just texted him and told him we would do our lawn ourselves from now on. It looks like crap and no point in paying him when we have to do half of the work anyway.

The guy scammed me. Made me pay ahead of time and never showed up. Didn't return any calls or ever came back. He's still posting on Craigslist advertising his scammy service!!! Do not trust the low prices. I was scammed for my money! Took my money and didn't come back.

The only reason I am responding to this review is because it is a flat out lie. I never just "took your money and ran". I admit, I did not show up the second time on the day I told you I would. You contacted me and told me that my services were no longer needed and to go ahead and keep the extra $10.00 dollars you had paid me the first time. I am not going to show up where I am told not to show up again. But, please, don't say that I refused to show up, when that did not happen, and then say I scammed you.
