- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts available for bulk apostille documents and multiple notarizations. Please contact me to discuss pricing for larger orders and save on your total cost. 1 Notarization: $85 2 Notarizations: $130 Power of Attorney: $150 Apostille: $150 for the first document, $100 for each additional submitted together All prices include travel to your location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Discuss Details: I confirm the type and number of documents, location, and preferred appointment time. 2. Schedule Appointment: I arrange a convenient time and place to meet, often within an hour if available. 3. Verification: At the appointment, I verify the signer’s identity with valid ID and review the documents. 4. Notarization: I perform the notarization according to state laws, ensuring all signatures and dates are properly completed. 5. Completion: The notarized documents are handed back to the customer immediately. Payment is collected at this time. 6. Follow-Up: If needed, I provide additional assistance or answer questions about the notarization process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive experience working at a full civil law firm, Gavrilov & Brooks, in Downtown Sacramento for several years. There, I gained valuable insight into legal documents and the importance of precise, standard legal wording. I approach every job with care and attention to detail, providing thorough and unrushed service. Additionally, I am a certified Notary Public, commissioned by the Secretary of State, ensuring my services meet all official requirements.
