- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the service and your location. Notary signings start at $15 per signature (California state fee). Loan signings are a flat package rate based on document type. Travel fees apply outside my home base in Sacramento and are calculated by zone — no surprise charges. I provide upfront quotes before you commit. Discounts are available for repeat clients and high-volume referral partners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's simple: reach out with your service need, location, and preferred date/time. I'll confirm availability, provide a quote, and send a booking confirmation. For loan signings, I coordinate directly with escrow or title. Day-of, I arrive on time, fully prepared, and walk you through every signature. After the appointment, I return documents promptly and follow up to confirm receipt.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a commissioned California Notary Public and a National Notary Association (NNA) Certified Loan Signing Agent — one of the most recognized credentials in the industry. I'm also background-checked, bonded, and carry both Errors & Omissions and general liability insurance. I complete ongoing training to stay current with California notary law and signing agent best practices.
