- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always ask my customers to contact me via telephone, email, or text to provide a more accurate quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out to the client requesting them to contact me so I can verify the exact services they need. Once we determine if I can provide the services they need, we move forward with scheduling an appointment. From there, we execute a fee agreement, make payment, and start the process of services. I make sure to stay in contact with the Client from start to finish providing updates and answering any questions without providing legal assistance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started as a Legal Assistant in year 2017. 2019 to now, I currently work as a Paralegal in a Family Law office. I’m also a registered and bonded Notary and Legal Document Assistant.
