About this pro
From New York City to the Amador Wine Country, my work is loaded with the passion from all of my culinary adventures. The food i cook speaks of the experience and knowledge that I have aquired. I love the excitement of making a persons event special and the challenge of performing to the best of my ability. I also love to work with people. Seeing their events play out tro their fullest potential gives me the fuel to continue.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I believe education is the key to success in the culinary world. If you stay stagnant, you'll never go anywhere.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have always loved to cook, but it wasn't until 8 years ago that I decided to make a serious move towards becoming a chef. Since age 12, I have always been in a kitchen somewhere. Then I decided, I would go to school and make this a career. As I accumulate caterings and continue to work in this field, I find my passion for this line of work constantly growing.
- What types of customers have you worked with? The most common types of jobs are Buffet style services, and wine pairing dinners. I also do a lot of work for children's non-profit organizations.
