- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on what type of issue you are dealing with. Some cases can be contingency meaning we do not get paid unless you do and some can be hourly fee based with a retainer payment. We strive to work with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It really depends on the situation. Once we have determined what issue you are dealing with, we will provide you with your options and possible outcomes.
