Introduction: As a former collegiate athlete, I focus on the person as a whole, balancing a healthy food plan and workout program specific to the individual goals. I am a personal trainer who can create specific workout plans for individuals with private one-on-one or via email.
I am also a Beachbody coach and promote the programs like Insanity and P90X while providing support, motivation and accountability for my clients via social media and email. On top of that, I also work one-on-one with volleyball athletes improving on sport specific skills.
