Higgins Construction did retrofitting work for us when we moved into our new home in Rockridge. Not only was Brendan's bid lower than our other bid, but he got the job done a day earlier than promised. He proactively took pictures of his work throughout the job, for future reference, given the majority of the work is not readily visible. Brendan and his crew were very conscientious of our space, and Brendan was very straight forward about the costs and what the job would entail. We'll definitely use Higgins Construction again when we have our porch rebuilt in the spring.

Brendan has done numerous projects on my house ranging from completely remodeling my master bathroom to fixing the wooden fence around my property. He was very professional, worked efficiently, and gave fair and straight forward pricing. He and his crew were very courteous and they kept their work area clean and organized so that my family and I were able to relax in our home even during construction. When Brendan says no job is too large or too small, he means it. He has earned my trust, and I know that he will do an amazing job for a fair price if I ever have need of his services again.

What types of customers have you worked with?
Right now people are scaling back on the larger jobs such as kitchens, additions and full gut remodels so we have mimicked their needs. We are currently doing a lot of bathrooms and small remodels. Our goal is to establish quality and lasting relationships with each customer. That means that no job is too small or too big for my customers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Take a chance on a new local contractor. Free estimate and meeting to get a chance to get to know me. You will then see why I am the right choice for your home needs.
