AMAZING experience with James! And this does not happen very often with contractors.
He showed up on time for both the estimate and the job. He dug up the area and eliminated all potential sources of the underground leak. He also installed a new main water shutoff valve and pressure regulator, replaced the hose bibb, and added a separate connection and shutoff valve for the sprinkler line. He tested everything and cleaned the area before he left.
Extremely happy with the work and his pricing was very competitive. James is one of those rare old-school guys with tons of experience. That's why he is my new go-to guy for plumbing projects. I also like the fact that he works on his own instead of being part of a large company with too many people involved. I value that kind of personal experience and direct, personal communication.

James at Henry Yee Plumbing demonstrated the utmost professionalism and offered to help me with all of my plumbing needs in one day. His team of professional plumbers showed up and knocked out an entire upstairs plumbing job which included two jacuzzi tubs, plumbing, and installation, plus did the plumbing on a complex walk in shower and two sinks and two toilets. As you can see from the pictures before and after, the job came out first class and everything is functioning well for a very affordable easy set price. Thanks again.

What could of been a huge issue as we were closing on your house, appointment coordinator James and plumper Bryan were a joy to work with. Communication was top notch and clear from James and Bryan explained our plumping issues well and fixed them all in the same day. Herny Yee Plumbing provided quality work, quality material and high degree of professionalism to complete my plumbing project. Henry Yee gave me a price that was in the middle of the range of prices that I received from 4 plumbers who responded back to my request. But I chose James from Henry Yee because he was outstanding in his communication skills. James was able to understand my limited knowledge of the project and so he had a feeling for the questions I needed answered. He clearly explained to me the work he would do and why and how it would be done. The team of 3 plumbers including James were professional. They completed the project and cleaned up nicely. They paid careful attention to details. In addition they were all kind-spirited and easy to talk with, which is a plus. I am satisfied with their performance and recommend Henry Yee for plumbing.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I just try to be fair and pray that the customer is also fair. I'm extremely compromising and hope for the same.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go into it with an open mind. I listen initially to the issue. After thats established, I set the appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training has been on the job meaning since 1982 I've had to learn by good old fashioned experience.
