My Name is Rey Lopez owner of New Era Roofing llc. also DBA New Era Patios and Awnings. I am a proud Sacramento native servicing the Capital City and surrounding areas. We are a family owned and ran business that prides itself on Honesty, Trust and Quality workmanship backed with a company warranty on installations and manufacturing warranties. (We are Certified installers by Manufacturer: CertainTeed) Our GOAL is to provide you with a hassle free experience leaving you Proud of your investment which is Your Home. With that said we do our best to not just meet your expectations but to exceed them. Not only workmanship but most importantly pricing. I understand that a new roof is for most a once in a lifetime investment so I do my best to provide competitive pricing or as I like to call it, BUDGET FRIENDLY. Additional services include seamless gutter installation, insulation removal & installation, dry rot repair, patio covers and awnings. I also network with a couple general contractors and heating and air companies to assist with all your needs.

Rarely, do I ever write a review. But after working with Ray and his crew on a complete tear-off/reroof with new gutter installation job I felt it was only right. Simply Put....these guys are awesome! They did everything that they said they would and honestly did VERY quality work. They handled the entire permitting process from Start to Finish too, making it really easy to work with them. I would hire Ray and the NEW ERA Roofing Crew anytime! Pricing was very competitive and they are really craftsman with what they do! Do yourself a favor...call New Era FIRST for your roofing needs!

We just bought our home and had a roof inspection that said we should be OK for another 3-5 years. We got a leak within the first month during the first bit of rain. I was frantic about finding someone to come out today. I called Ray and he said he could meet me at my home within 30 minutes. He almost beat me home. He had his men up on the roof checking for problem areas. They were able to glue down some loose areas. I felt that Ray knew roofing and trusted his advice and suggestions with repair and eventual re roofing. We will be contacting him again for any future roofing needs first.
