California Crime Abatement Team, or "CCAT" for short, is a California based Private Security corporation that focuses on providing a solution to your security needs. From general guard services to executive protection, we have the right providers to protect you and your assets; each optimized to fulfill your needs.
CCAT was formed on three core values: Commitment, Innovation, and Integrity. We believe that these values are paramount to our successful operation in the security industry, and best suited to serving you.
I enjoy helping others! Ever since my initial involvement with Security Services in 2010, I knew that I would one day create my own company to do things the right way. Being part of many local Bay Area companies, I have been given the opportunity to experience the "ins and outs" of security bureaucracy and effectivity. After learning a great deal, I have comprised a team of some of the best people this industry has to offer, in a company organized to offer the best services to not only our clients, but to our employees.

Commitment, Innovation, and Integrity core values that are essential for a successful operation in the security industry. These values have been carried out as best as possible since I joined the company back in 2016. Management is committed in keeping its workers and clients happy by providing to them with the essentials to get the job done. When something is bothering us as workers or the client itself, the issues are brought up and new ideas are implanted to get back on track. Integrity is another value that this company stands by. Having to work with other security companies, this company is one that you can trust in any situation. In my previous years working with other companies, I have had trouble in getting hours and especially PAID on time. With CCAT I have not ran into any issue since management is always on top of what needs to be done. Michael Macias is also a great CEO and acts professional with his workers/clients. There are other companies where you work and never get to meet the individual that started it all from scratch. With Macias on the other hand, I had the privilege to work several events with and its never a dull moment. He never puts anyone down just because of his position, he treats everyone the same that you forget that he is your manager. Sadly, I had to leave the company due to transitioning to a Correctional Officer with California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. I strongly recommend any individual to work with this company and any clients to book through CCAT as you will not be disappointed.

Ever since we started using CCAT things have gotten much better on our property. They are very responsive, have great customer service they the officers are very professional. I would highly recommend using this CCAT to anyone looking for a quality security company.

CCAT is a great company if you need unarmed, armed, or executive security services. I have always been impressed with their employees level of professionalism and the quality of work they provide. Whether you are looking to hire for a small gig, or a large recurring contract, I highly recommend getting a quote from CCAT. Ask for Michael!
