Pricing depends on service needed. Group discounts available for language classes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My clients and students are the most important thing about this entire process. I always make sure they are completely satisfied with my services. We keep communications open and viable, respected and reasonable and transparent. I love what I do, and honestly want to inspire my learners to be passionate about other languages and cultures too. My process includes traveling to a client's site or teaching/training virtually (Skype, Web-based, etc.).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a native fluent bilingual speaker of Spanish and English, I am absolutely aware the cultural nuances elated to the learning of the language. I have lived all over the globe, born in Venezuela, lived in Spain, and arrived in the United States when I was 12 years old. I know what it is like to learn a second language. It an be fun and a very positive experience. My dual Master's Degrees in Spanish and English followed by a Ph.D. in Psycho Linguistics, has provided me the research to add much knowledge and experience to my work. I have over three decades of experience in academic teaching and tutoring with 15 years of experience training global corporate clients.
