15 year experience with family being in the trade for over 25 years. no job to big or small from high end stucco finish to regular finish. match any finish patch windows/doors add foam trims .many water leak repairs.i do all work and quality control myself not like others where they just send someone to do all work and they never show up to job other then to talk .I will advise you the best route to take for old houses.

Luis was very good. His bid was half of the other bid and he sealed the wall, which the other guy wasn't going to do. He was very responsive to our needs and insisted on being paid after the job "to ensure you are happy with my work". Highly recommended!

I needed stucco around a new sliding door. Luis did a great job. He went above and beyond in the water proofing. The door installer had just caulked over areas that needed new paper. He noticed this and redid everything as it should be. He knows what he's doing. The job looks perfect and the price was reasonable.
