Contacted angel about cement patio work roughly 500 sq ft. Reasonable rate quoted. Excellent work! Took 3 days tp complete. On schedule and angel cleaned amd even hauled away some debris. Job perfoemed above expectation. Will def hire again.

We were very pleased with the job (most of which Angel did himself, with one helper for about 1/5 of the time). He prepared our Berkeley hillside front yard for re-landscaping by demolishing walls, removing concrete, burying that material in a hole (to save dumping costs). removing a carport roof, and re-grading the area. Angel was amazingly hard-working and efficient, very skilled at operating the bobcat, and very pleasant to work with. He remembered all of the directions we gave him so that no re-direction was needed. The cost was exactly what he bid (which we thought was a very good value), and he left the area clear and swept. We highly recommend Angel and will call on him again!
