- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At QuiqTax, we're looking for long term clients, therefore, in an initial year of service, We will typically keep the invoice low in order to demonstrate the quality of our service, follow through and delivery. We have found this to create strong good will and as result see the majority of our clients return the following years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon our initial exchange of communication I will forward the prospective client an email with a link that when accessed, will take them to a questionnaire and client portal. This is where all information can be conveyed, and the necessary documents can be uploaded in an encrypted, and secure way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a licensed and bonded tax preparer, I am required to maintain annual continuing education standards. These ongoing courses include compliance and ethics, in addition to the ongoing changes in the tax code.
