I have completed Internation Residential Code classes (IRC) and EPA Certified Lead Paint Renovator (RRP). CSLS Blueprint Reading courses.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We would suggest vetting companies based on guidelines such as : - how will communication be handled between the professional and the customer? - What do past clients say about their work in the company reviews?
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers should verify that the contractor is licensed properly in the state and insured. What do I want to accomplish with my project? Customers should have a list of their "needs" and "wants". What is the customer's budget ? How does the customer plan to finance the project? Have I clearly defined the scope of work? What are my non-negotiables?
