FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a free inspection within our service area of 40 miles radius We expect a 10% earnest deposit of (total project value) or $1,000 which ever is less, to secure your project reservation on our calendar. We operate on progress payments, the client is expected to make disbursements of funds to the contractor for each milestone stage that the project is completed. We expect full payment of the project value upon completion. What are change orders? - sometimes once we start working and open things up, we discover things that weren’t visible before, like hidden damage or outdated wiring. If that ever happens, we don’t just move forward. We write it up, explain your options, and get your approval first before adjusting the scope and fees. That way, you’re always in control and there are no surprises.

1) Discovery Call, we have a brief conversation on the phone about your project to see if we're a good fit for your project. 2) Evaluation, you can send pictures of your project scope and we can offer a rough ball-park estimate on the phone and if it makes sense for us to work together, we can stop by at your home to do an on-site inspection. 3) Plan - we send a formal proposal that includes the quote, scope of work, and payment details. Upon approval of any designs and proposal, a 10% deposit we secure your spot on our calendar. 4) Prep - we order materials, obtain building permits, and set up our job-site to anticipate for our start date on your project. 5) Execute - we mobilize our crews and knock your project out of the park. We practice care and respect of your property.
