We hired Chuck to build a second railing for our staircase to assist with my mother's mobility up and down the stairs. Chuck was the first to respond to our inquiry, and was very prompt with his follow up responses. Knowing we were in a time crunch, Chuck came over the next day with an estimate much more reasonable than expected. Then he installed the railing the very next day. He was on time, was personable and did a fantastic job on the railing. The railing looks great and is sturdier than our original railing. Not only are we happy with the work Chuck did for us with this project, I will not hesitate to call him again when we have other projects.
