I typically look at your project in person and thoroughly understand your goals before I offer an estimate and all of my estimates are based by the project, not by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establishing expectations is crucial to any relationship including working with a customer for the first time, understanding the process, scheduling and possible unforeseen conditions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry for decades, I am a retired commercial carpenter, experienced in all aspect of construction, remodels and repairs.
