About
With 5 years in business and a small, dedicated team of 3, I focus on doing the job right the first time. Whether you need new floors, a fence or gate installed, or tile work replaced, I never cut corners—no matter the size of the project.
Some pros may come in cheaper, but I take the time to make sure every detail is done properly and that you’re truly satisfied with the results. Clear communication, reliable scheduling, and careful workmanship are at the center of everything I do.
If you’re looking for quality installation that will last, I’d be glad to talk about your project and provide a quote.

We hired Flooring Alcaraz for a bathroom floor removal and replacement and couldn’t be happier with Jaoquin’s work! He clearly takes pride in his work and took the time to carefully implement the tiles we wanted. We recommend him and have already planned to hire him for more work.

We hired Joaquin to repair our hardwood floors after we had some boards removed due to water damage. He made himself available to give us an estimate and start the project right away, which was very helpful given our tight timeline. He showed up on time and worked late into the day to make sure the job was finished. His work quality is incredible. This was a challenging job incorporating new hardwood planks into the existing floor pattern, but Joaquin’s work was so seamless that the floors look perfect now. We would not hesitate to hire him again, highly recommend.

Joaquin is an excellent craftsman. From prep work to finished product he takes care of every step along the way. We have had him working on our forever home and are extremely pleased with everything he does.

Our initial exp was very good but within a month the floor started to separate and that's when the issues started. He would not repair, and asked for extra money to fix the issue caused within just a few weeks of the install. The issue was in the kitchen and also hallway and a fairly obvious problem, so we have to get it fixed.
What is the point of 1 year warranty? Thumbtack asked me to share an honest review. He's a good worker, but if problems arise, and if he doesn't fix it, it is not reliable work.
