Initially the work I hired Silverio to do: sod, sprinkler system, cement work and initial clean up was completed to my satisfaction for a moderate price. However, after hiring Silverio to do my yard maintenance, it all went down hill. I agreed to pay a higher price to ensure my yards were kept looking nice. During the 4 months he did my yards I had to ask them to do a proper edge and not just smash the grass down; to weed the yards; to trim the badly overgrown bushes and to please pick up the leaves (his employee just left what little he did trim on the ground). My grass has not been fertilized so weeds make up most of my front lawn and no over seeding was ever done to help keep my new sod looking decent. I have dogs so I expected some damage, but NOTHING was ever done to help keep it looking nice AS PROMISED. On 4/17/20 I asked Silverio to send someone else because his employee was doing a terrible job and to please send someone finish the job (by trimming the bushes). He never responded to any of my text messages. So I paid him in full and then fired him. I also noticed he changes the name of his company so there are probably others with similar experiences that just can't find him on thumbtack anymore.
