The most important component is a solid relationship. I want to be sure there is a good fit between the two of us for compatibility and trust. Otherwise, it will be difficult to be authentic.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
As a coach, I am here to be a guide. What I enjoy is helping individuals find clarity and success. However, I can't do the work for anyone. To truly grow and change requires a willingness to do the work necessary to become the person you want to become. After all, if doing exactly what you are doing today would get you where you wanted to be, you would already be there.
