Introduction: I am a certified nutritionist and life and wellness coach who enjoys working with individuals and also large groups. I am also an author of numerous books available on Amazon, Barnes and Noble. I offer numerous coaching packages to support my one-on-one coaching and offer Skype coaching sessions and group webinars to reach a larger audience. I specialize in wellness coaching that encompasses mind, body and spirit, as well as nutritional and exercise consulting. I also have a BA in Health and Physical Education. I am a certified hypnotherapist, life coach and former world-class track athlete. I work with overweight/obese adults and children, as well as teenagers and adults suffering from anorexia nervosa and bulimia. I have much experience in public speaking, radio and podcast work.
