This is to express my feelings on an experience that does not seem to happen much these days – from the I’m writing this from the bottom of my heart because experiences like this honestly just don’t happen anymore. This was, without a doubt, the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic in my life. The reputation of the service industry has diminished considerably lately, but finding someone you can truly trust is rare. However, in my opinion, Ricky deserves your trust completely, not only is he a master of his trade, but he is also very humble, respectful, and responsive. The first thing that impressed me about Ricky was not the fact that he wanted to get my car in and out as fast as possible, but rather the amount of time and care he puts into doing his job and the pride he takes in the quality of his work. My car runs great now since I received it back from Ricky, but I think what most stands out in my mind about Ricky is what a wonderful person he is.
