Although it was an hour drive to San Bernardino, their office was easy to find, had a comfortable waiting area and looked nice. The manager's name is Bonnie and she knows her stuff. I visited on 12-23-19 so the delay because of the holidays slowed the process and I don't have my papers yet but I am sending emails to get some feedback.
